DESCRIPTION

The windscreen wiper/washer system is activated by the lever on the right of the steering wheel, according to the operation,the lever has different positions, which are:

• windscreen wiper off (stationary);
• intermittent operation;
• continuous operation;
• temporary operation (unstable lever position).

The windscreen washer is activated by pulling the lever slightly toward the steering wheel: this activates the windscreen washer pump.

The windscreen wiper and washer can only be activated with the key on RUN. The windscreen wiper/washer circuit is protected by a fuse (that also protects the rear window wiper/washer)and is controlled by theignition switch power supply cut-off relay , located in the junction unit

The windscreen wiper is regulated by an electronic device on the windscreen wiper motor that controls operation at different speeds
