DESCRIPTION
It is possible, from the driver's seat, to adjust the headlamps beam according to the load. In this way the correct headlamp position is quickly obtained . The adjustment device consists of a motor on each of the two headlamps that suitably slopes them, so as to lower the beam if the car is heavily loaded, and to raise it when the load lessens.
A knob on the dashboard, on the right of the steering wheel, offers the selection of four positions:
- - position 0: one or two persons on front seats;
- - position 1: five people;
- - position 2: five people with load in the boot;
- - position 3: driver and maximum allowed, all packed in the boot.
The device is only enabled with the dipped lights on.
The headlamps adjustment circuit is protected by the same fuses as the dipped lights,located in the junction unit.
