ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS AIR CONDITIONER

The air conditioner is supplied from the power supply (INT/A)of the cut-off relay (connector C)and is protected by fuse F24: both are located in junction unit B1.

Climate control fan control knob H81 controls the different fan speeds, sending an earth signal through pasasenger compartment air fan speed resistance O30.

The control signal varies according to the position of the knob and whether or not it passes through resistance O30 determining four different earth signals for passenger compartment fan N85, that sends the external or recirculating air to the conveyor-distributor.

Fan N85 is activated at first speed if the compressor-on button is pressed, even if climate control fan control knob H81 is in position "0".

This logic is obtained through passenger compartment air fan relay J35 : this relay has its coil supplied by the relay cut-off power supply line (INT/A) (connector C)and is protected by fuse F24;it is energised by the same earth signal that controls the compressor activation (see E6021 -COMPRESSOR ACTIVATION): in this way it sends a signal to H81 for speed 1.

The control group symbols light up when the side lights are switched on, by heater/air conditioner control lights G45A and G45B, powered through the line coming from stalk unit H5, and protected by fuse F4 of junction unit B1.
