Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 5010B18 CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT AIR INTAKE - R.R.

Op. 1016A42 LEFT HAND CYLINDER HEAD IGNITION COIL COVER - R+R

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the wiring retaining duct (1b).

2. Disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe.

3. Release it from the fastenings and move the electrical wires to free up the work area.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the tappet cover (1b).

Refitting

- Position the tappet cover and pre-tighten the fixing the fixing bolts to the recommended torque following the order illustrated.

- Resume the tightening, following the order illustrated, until the torque is correct for all the bolts.

- Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe.

- Position the wiring retaining duct and tighten the fixing bolts.

- Position the electrical wires and secure them to the mountings.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

Removing

Op. 5010B18 CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT AIR INTAKE - R.R.

1. Turn retaining bolts (1a) through 90° and remove coil cover (1b).

1. Undo bolts (1a) in the order shown in the figure and remove left cam cover (1b).

Refitting

- Replace the gasket with a one of the same type.

1. Fit the left cam cover (1a) and tighten cam cover retaining bolts (1b) in the order shown in the figure.

- Fit the coil cover and turn the retaining pins through 90° to secure.
