1. Remove the camshaft.
   For additional information, refer to Camshaft - in this section.
   

2. Remove the spark plugs (engine shown removed for clarity).

3. Remove the camshaft followers (cylinder head shown removed for clarity).

4. Install the camshaft without the camshaft followers.
   For additional information, refer to Camshaft - in this section.
   

5. Install the special tool and high-pressure air line.
   • Connect an air supply, pressurized to 7-10 bar.

6. 

   NOTE:To aid correct reassembly, keep all parts in the order removed.
   Using special tools, remove the valve spring.
   • Compress the valve spring.
   • Remove the valve collets, the valve spring retainer and the valve spring.

7. Using the special tool, remove the valve seals.

   NOTE:The valve seals are fully installed by the pressure of the valve springs.
   Using the special tool, install the valve seals.

2. Using the special tools, install the valve springs.
   • Compress the valve spring and valve spring retainer.
   • Install the valve collets.

3. Remove the special tool.

4. Remove the camshaft.
   For additional information, refer to Camshaft - in this section.
   

5. Install the camshaft followers. (cylinder head shown removed for clarity).

6. Install the camshaft.
   For additional information, refer to Camshaft - in this section.
   

7. Install the spark plugs (engine shown removed for clarity).
