Ranger 20065 (052006-) Engine Removal and Disassembly

Engine - 2.5L Duratorq-TDCi (WL) Diesel/3.0L Duratorq-TDCi (WL) Diesel - Engine Ranger 2006.5 (05/2006-)
Disassembly

  1. Remove the intake air system.
    For additional information, refer to: Intake Air System Components (303-12 Intake Air Distribution and Filtering, Removal and Installation).
  1. Remove the exhaust system.
    For additional information, refer to: Exhaust Downpipe (309-00 Exhaust System, Removal and Installation).
  1. Remove the oil cooler.
    For additional information, refer to: Oil Cooler (303-01 Engine - 2.5L Duratorq-TDCi (WL) Diesel/3.0L Duratorq-TDCi (WL) Diesel, Removal and Installation).

4. Disassemble the components in the order indicated in the following illustration(s) and table(s).
