2. Apply a bead of silicone sealant in two places where the cylinder head and cylinder block meet.
3. Install the valve cover gasket, if removed.
4. Install the RH valve cover; refer to Valve Cover - RH Removal/Installation.
1) Position the valve cover.
2) Tighten the two bolts and the six stud bolts in the sequence shown.
5. Install the LH valve cover; refer to Valve Cover - LH Removal/Installation.
1) Position the valve cover.
2) Tighten the five bolts and the three stud bolts in the sequence shown.
