FRONT SEAT

Service repair no - 78.10.44/99

Remove

  1. Move seat fully forward.
Front seat – Move seat fully forward.
  1. Remove cover from rear of front seat inner runner.
Front seat – Remove cover from rear of front seat inner runner.
  1. Remove 2 bolts securing rear of runners.
  2. Move seat fully rearwards and remove 2 bolts securing front of runners.
  3. Remove seat.

Refit

  1. Fit seat and fit bolts to secure front of runners.
  2. Tighten bolts to 34 Nm.
  3. Move seat fully forwards, fit bolts to secure rear of runners. Tighten bolts to 34 Nm. then fit cover to inner runner.

FRONT SEAT AND SQUAB FRAME

Service repair no - 78.30.18

Remove

  1. Remove front squab cover. See this section.
  2. Remove front squab pad.
Front seat and squab frame – Remove front squab pad.
  1. Release cushion cover retainers.
  2. Remove 4 studs securing cushion cover to frame.
  3. Remove cushion cover and pad.
