  1. Check that motor idle cam is in fully closed position, hole in idle cam aligned with transmission gear: Adjust position of idle cam by turning transmission gear using emergency key (from tool kit).
  2. Ensure plastic cap is in place.
  3. Refit sunroof motor. See this section.
  4. Check operation of sunroof.
  5. Refit headlining. See Interior trim components.

SUNROOF SUNSHADE

Service repair no - 76.82.03

Remove

  1. Remove sunroof glass. See this section.
Sunroof sunshade – Remove sunroof glass. See this section.
  1. With assistance depress sunshade plungers and remove sunshade.

Refit

  1. Position sunshade and secure by depressing plungers.

NOTE: Ensure plungers are fully engaged.
