SUNROOF RELAY

Service repair no - 76.84.52

Remove

  1. Remove ’D/E’ post trim from one side. See Interior trim components.
  2. Release headlining rear trim.
  3. Remove 2 headlining studs.
  4. Ease corner of headlining downwards.

CAUTION: Take care not to bend headlining.

Sunroof relay – Ease corner of headlining downwards.
  1. Release relay socket from bracket.
  2. Remove relay from socket.

Refit

  1. Fit relay to socket and engage socket on bracket.
  2. Push headlining into place and fit studs.
  3. Fit rear trim to headlining.
  4. Fit ’D/E’ post. See Interior trim components.

SUNROOF DRIVE CABLE

Service repair no - 76.84.14

Remove

  1. Remove headlining. See this section.
Sunroof drive cable – Remove headlining. See this section.
  1. Slide back sunshade.
  2. Remove 6 screws securing sunroof glass to culisse and remove sunroof glass.

  1. Release harness connector from mounting bracket and disconnect motor multiplug.
  2. Remove 3 Torx screws and remove sunroof motor.
  3. Remove sunroof frame assembly. See this section.
