Removing clutch
Removing clutch
To remove or install clutch, gearbox must be securely attached to an assembly stand in vertical position.
–  Remove clutch cover (end cover) → Chapter.
   
–  Remove retaining ring from clutch cover.
–  Remove cover from clutch.

–  Remove circlip -arrow-.
For your information: During assembly, the retaining ring must be replaced with a new circlip of the correct thickness.
  Caution
Carefully remove clutch. Ensure that end cover or other parts of clutch do not fall out. Therefore, do not turn over clutch under any circumstances!
But if this should happen → Anchor.

–  Remove clutch.
  N30-10089
–  Remove pump shaft -A-.
–  The pump shaft is not re-installed until after the new clutch has been fitted. Set shaft aside until then.
