Hose clamp -U-30042 -, see equivalent

Detaching
–
Switch ignition OFF.
–
Remove engine cover

Remove the air filter body, breather hose and air duct hoses
→ Rep. gr.24
and
→ Rep. gr.23
.
–
Clamp shut each of the transmission oil radiator hoses using the pressure tool - U-30042- and dismount from the radiator.
–
Undo the three bolts
-A-
.
–
The bolts must be replaced.
–
Remove the transmission oil radiator from the gearbox
-B-
with the two O rings
-C-
.
WARNING
Coolant must not enter the gearbox!
Installing
Installation is carried out in reverse order. The following must be taken into account:
–
Replace radiator O-rings.
–
Tighten the new bolts
-A-
with 20 Nm + 90° (
1
/
4
turn).
–
Check the coolant level in the cooling system
→ Rep. gr.19

Check the gear oil level and top up as necessary
