Supercharger pressure sensor -G31- with intake air temperature sensor -G42-: Removing and installing

t  Fitting → Anchor
Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Tightening torque -VAG 1331-, see equivalent → Anchor

Removing
–  Detach the outer -1- and inner -2- engine covers, by pulling them evenly upwards.
  E10-10038
–  Release the fuel and coolant hoses from their fittings on the air duct.
–  Remove bolt -1-.
–  Remove air duct by lifting retaining clips -arrows- slightly.
–  Disconnect the connector of the supercharger pressure sender -G31- with the output air temperature sender -G42- → Item.
–  Remove the front bumper → Exterior body installation work; Rep. Gr.63.

–  Undo the bolts -1- from the lock carrier plate to the intercooler.
–  Move the intercooler forward and remove the bolts → Item.
–  Remove the turbocharger pressure sensor -G31- with air intake temperature sensor -G42- → Item.
Installing
Fit in reverse order from removal, remembering the following:
Fit the supercharger air system hoses and observe the assembly instructions → Chapter
