Installation position and tightening torque of the clamping sleeve
Installation position and tightening torque of the clamping sleeve
  Note
Gradual insertion of the clamping sleeves with integrated connecting bracket.
   
Tightening torque and installation dimension of the clamping sleeve.
Clamping sleeve -A- with 2 separate connecting brackets.
   Tightening torque: 25 Nm
   Installation dimension -a-, 5 mm (only for the front clamping sleeve)
Clamping sleeve -B- with integrated connecting bracket.
   Tightening torque: 35 Nm
   Installation dimension -a-, 8.5 mm (only for the front clamping sleeve)

Installation dimension -a- for vehicles with markings on the front exhaust pipe.

Installation position of front clamping sleeve
–  Install the clamping sleeve so that the bolt ends -arrow- do not protrude beyond bottom of clamping sleeve.
l  Bolted connection must point to the right.

Installation position of rear clamping sleeve
–  Install the clamping sleeve so that the bolt ends -arrow- do not protrude beyond bottom of clamping sleeve.
l  Screw thread must face rear
