Torque spanner kit -SAT 8010-, see equivalent

Pressure tool -U-30042-, see equivalent

Transmission oil radiator: removing
–
Switch off ignition.
–
Remove engine cover
→ Booklet2

Remove the air filter housing, the air hose and the conduit
→ Rep. Gr.24
and
→ Rep. Gr.23
.
–
Clamp shut each of the transmission oil radiator hoses using the pressure tool -U-30042- and remove from the radiator .
–
Undo the three bolts

.
–
The bolts must be replaced.
–
Remove the transmission oil radiator from the gearbox
-B-
with the two O rings
-C-
.
WARNING
Coolant must not enter the gearbox!
Transmission oil radiator: fitting
Install in reverse order. The following must be taken into account:

Replace radiator O-rings.
–
Tighten the new bolts

to 20 Nm + 90° (
1
/
4
turn).
–
Check the coolant level in the cooling system

Check the gear oil level and top up as necessary
