1 -	Dual-mass flywheel

q	Removing and installing → Rep. gr.13

q	Make sure that the centring pins have a tight fit.

q	Contact surface for clutch lining must be free of grooves, oil and grease

2 -	Clutch plate

q	Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“

q	Always replace together with the pressure plate

q	Removing and installing → Chapter

q	Installation position → Fig.

3 -	Pressure plate

q	With adjusting mechanism

q	Renew only together with clutch plate.

q	Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue „ETKA“

q	Removing and installing → Chapter

q	Check the ends of the diaphragm spring → Fig.

q	Check the elastic and riveted joints → Fig.

q	From approx. 05.11: clutch release with additional plastic washer → Fig., clutch plate is adapted → Fig..

4 -	M6 bolt, 13 Nm, M7 bolt, 20 Nm

q	Loosen and tighten diagonally in stages
