Summary of components of the water box cover

1 -	Plenum chamber cover

Removing:

–	Remove front windscreen wipers → Electrical System → Rep. gr.92.

–	Pull out the engine bonnet seal (Pos.7).

–	Remove plastic nuts (Pos. 2).

–	Remove plenum chamber cover (Pos. 1).

–	Remove plastic nuts (Pos. 3) at protective grille.

–	Remove protective grille (Pos. 4).

–	Slide out securing clamps and detach water pipe to the washer pipes (including angular piece).

–	Disconnect the plug connections of the heated washer nozzles (depending upon vehicle equipment).

Installing:

–	Installation is carried out in the reverse order.

3 -	Nut (2 Nm)

4 -	Protective grille

5 -	Air inlet cover

6 -	Partition panel

7 -	Engine bonnet seal

8 -	Nut (2 Nm)
