q   replace
3 - Bracket
q   at cylinder head, with screw thread
4 - Gasket

q   bolted to intake manifold
6 - 10 Nm
7 - To turbocharger divert air valve - N249-
8 - from the vacuum reservoir/connection of the intake manifold
9 - 6 Nm
10 - Secondary air injection valve -N112 -*/**
11 - Connector
q   2-pin
q   green
12 - O-ring
q   replace if damaged
13 - Pressure hose
q   check for firm seating
q   to release, press together at front
14 - 8 Nm
15 - Bracket
q   for secondary air pump

t  If a tool is required for removing the relay or control devices from the relay plate, disconnect the earth strap of battery beforehand.
