| – | Unclip the relay carrier below the vehicle voltage control unit -J519- → Chapter and unhook towards the bottom. |
| – | For unplugging the plugs -2-, successively press together the catches on the plug connections and remove the plugs on the control unit by swiveling out the clamp. |
| – | Unhook the pulled-out plugs towards the bottom. |
| – | Press together the catches -arrows A-, slightly tilt out the control unit -arrow B- and push out of the bearing in the bracket -arrow C-. |
| Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points: |
| – | Insert the control unit and correctly lock into the holder. |
| – | Pay attention to the work sequence when connecting the battery → Chapter. |
Note | t | If the vehicle voltage control unit -J519- is replaced, the new control unit must be coded. |
| t | After the replacement and the coding (depending on equipment) the functions of the control unit such as „remote control for central locking“, „anti-theft warning system“, etc. must be adapted. |
