Steering Column, Replace     Remove, Disconnect    Remove steering column assembly - see operation "Steering Column Assembly Remove and Install".     Disassemble    Clamp steering column in vice with protective jaws. Drill out bolt head (arrow) with an 8.5 mm/0.33 in. drill. Remove steering and ignition lock housing from steering column.     Assemble    Bolt steering and ignition lock housing onto new steering column. Insert new bolt (not micro-encapsulated) with locking compound.     Install, Connect    Install steering column - see operation "Steering Column Assembly, Remove and Install".
