Front Fog Lamp, Adjust

Important!

The adjustment takes place with the empty weight of the vehicle plus one person or 75 kg on the driver's seat (vehicle empty weight = the weight of the ready to drive vehicle with a completely filled fuel tank and the weight of all the equipment normally accompanying it, e.g. the spare wheel, tools, car jack, first aid box, warning triangle, etc.). See also operation "Headlamps, Check and Adjust" in Group "N".

Adjust

Adjust the fog lights with the adjustment screw (arrow) after adjusting the upper light/dark border with headlamp adjustment equipment. The light/dark border runs in this case horizontally along the adjustment line.

The incline of the fog light amounts to 20 cm in 10 m (corresponding to a beam lowering of 2 %).

Observe the adjustment instructions of the equipment manufacturer.
