Telescope, Automatic Antenna, Replace  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Loosen nut, switch on radio, telescope extends. Remove telescope with telescope wire. Antenna version with round telescope wire: pull out of antenna housing with a jerk.  

  Install, Connect   

Guide telescope wire into antenna housing to stop. Antenna version with toothed telescope wire: teeth point forwards. To be able to guide wire more easily, bend straight end of telescope wire to a length of 15 cm/6 in. Antenna version with round telescope wire: guide telescope wire into antenna housing until telescope wire engages audibly. Switch off radio - 2nd mechanic, telescope wire and telescope are retracted, nuts.
