Vehicles as of 08.92
  Note
t  Vane pump cannot be retrofitted in vehicles prior to 08.92.
t  Renew sealing rings.
t  Do not reuse drained hydraulic fluid.
t  Capacity and type → Chapter.
1 - 25 Nm
q   To loosen and tighten, removing and installing poly-V-belts → Chapter.
q   Counter hold at hub with 10 mm Allen key. Reduce size of Allen key to 9.5 mm if necessary.
2 - Pulley
3 - Poly-V-belt
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   Checking condition → Booklet35.
4 - 25 Nm
5 - 30 Nm
6 - Oil seals
7 - Pressure line
8 - Hose clip
9 - Suction hose
10 - Vane pump
q   Checking delivery pressure → Chapter.
q   Fill with fluid before installing → Chapter
11 - Hexagon bolt M10 x 70, 45 Nm
q   Assembly sequence:
q   First tighten bolt → Item, then bolt → Item, then bolts → Item and → Item.
12 - Hexagon bolt M10 x 55, 45 Nm
q   Assembly sequence:
q   First tighten bolt → Item, then bolt → Item, then bolts → Item and → Item.
13 - Hexagon bolt M10 x 55, 45 Nm
q   Assembly sequence:
q   First tighten bolt → Item, then bolt → Item, then bolts → Item and → Item.
14 - Hexagon bolt M10 x 70, 45 Nm
q   Assembly sequence:
q   First tighten bolt → Item, then bolt → Item, then bolts → Item and → Item.
