4. Lubricate evaporator connections. Leave protective caps in place. If required apply a thick piece of butyl tape to rear edge at top of evaporator.
Evaporator will then remain in place more easily in housing during installation.
5. Pack groove in lower housing with sealant as illustrated.
6. Install:

evaporator in housing, pass connections carefully through rubber grommets into engine compartment
-
lower housing.
7. Reconnect blower motor and resistor electrical connections.
8. Adjust wiring harness.
