Operation 7015A24 · Tailgate assembly

Removing

- 7040L40 front compartment scuff strip - r r

- 7050A22 rear seat cushion - r+r

- 7040H42 rear pillar trim - r r (left and right sides)

- 7065C30 interior l/h or r/h grab handle (one) - r+r (rear)

1. Slightly lower the ceiling trim (1a) and undo the hinge bolts (1b).

2. Remove the hinges.

Refitting

Check that the hinges are undamaged.

Fit the hinges and screw in the bolts without tightening them.

With tailgate fitted - 7015A14 tailgate - adjust centring and profile - includes hinge and compartment seal adaptation

- 7065C30 interior l/h or r/h grab handle (one) - r+r (rear)

- 7040H42 rear pillar trim - r r (left and right sides)

- 7050A22 rear seat cushion - r+r

- 7040L40 front compartment scuff strip - r r
