Boot lid lock

Refit the actuator reversing the sequence followed for removal.

BOOT LID LOCK

Removal/Refitting

1. Remove the cover
2. Slacken the two screws fastening the lock.
3. Release the actuator relay rod from the boot lid opening lever.
4. Remove the lock

Refit the lock reversing the sequence followed for removal. Check the mating between the lock and the striker. If necessary, adjust the position of the striker (see specific paragraph).

LOCK UNIT

Removal/Refitting

• Remove the boot lock (see specific paragraph).

1. Turn the lock lever and remove it.
2. Remove the lock unit from outside complete with rear badge.

1. If necessary, remove the retainer ring.
2. Remove the badge.
3. Remove the catch.
