The rev counter is not working

1. Bridge the L coloured cable between the instrument panel 6 connector A pin 16 and the fuel injection control unit 160 pin 3 (195 pin 42 for 1581, 190 pin 6 for 1998)
   1. OK → Restore the continuity for the L coloured cable between the instrument panel 6 connector A & the electronic injection control unit
   2. Not OK → Connect to diagnostic socket 139 (See electronic injection wiring diagram) and carry out fault diagnosis with the Fiat Lancia Tester

The speedometer is not working

1. Bridge the N coloured cable at the vehicle speed sensor 137 with an earth (if there are also problems with the electronic injection control unit sensor 137)
   1. OK → Restore the continuity of the N coloured cable between the sensor 137 & the right front earth 9
   2. Not OK → Check for voltage at the CN coloured cable for the instrument panel 6 connector A pin 15 (if there are also problems with the electronic injection control unit sensor 137)
      1. Not OK → Overhaul the instrument panel 6
      2. OK → Check for voltage at the CN coloured cable for connector 55
         1. Not OK → Restore continuity for the CN coloured cable between connector 55 & the instrument panel 6 connector A
