The left front brake pad wear warning light is not working
- Bridge the BR coloured cable at connector 89A with an earth
- OK → Replace the left front brake pad wear sensor 89, or restore the continuity for the M coloured cable between connector 89A & the sensor, or restore the connection to earth
- Not OK
- Bridge the BR coloured cable at the instrument panel 6 connector A pin 8 with an earth
- OK → Restore continuity for the BR coloured cable between the instrument panel 6 connector A & connector 89A
- Not OK
- Check the condition of the warning light Q in the instrument panel 6
- Not OK → Replace the warning light Q
- OK
- Check the condition of the instrument panel 6
- Not OK → Overhaul the instrument panel 6
The front brake pad wear warning light is not working (Only for HGT trim level)
- Bridge the BR coloured cable at the instrument panel 6 connector A pin 8 with an earth
- OK → Restore cont. for BR coloured cable between instrument panel 6 connector A & the ultrasound welding
- Not OK
- Check the condition of the warning light Q in the instrument panel 6
- Not OK → Replace the warning light Q
