Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1092D10 AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT - R + R

Op. 1092B51 ALTERNATO/WATER PUMP DRIVE BELT - R+R FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONER

1. Undo the bolt retaining the fixed tensioner.

2. Remove the fixed tensioner.

Refitting

- Fit the fixed tensioner.

- Tighten the bolt fixing the fixed tensioner checking the torque.

Op. 1092B51 ALTERNATO/WATER PUMP DRIVE BELT - R+R FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONER

Op. 1092D10 AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT - R + R

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

2.3 JTD 16V

Removing

- Position the vehicle on the lift.

- Raise the vehicle.

Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R

Op. 1092B72 POWER STEERING PUMP DRIVE BELT - ALTERNATOR - R&R

1. Undo the retaining bolt.

2. Remove the auxiliary drivebelt fixed tensioner.

Refitting

- Fit the auxiliary drivebelt fixed tensioner.

- Tighten the fixed tensioner retaining bolt to torque.

Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R

- Lower the vehicle.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
