Tightening torques :
• Engine
• Engine/gearbox mountings

On the bench :

• Position the timing chain (16) on the camshaft drive sprockets (14)
• Align the links marked in black "b" and "c" with the teeth marked "e" and "d" on the camshaft drive sprockets (14)

Refit the timing chain tensioner (11).

N.B. : 2 operators are required for this operation.

Refit the timing chain (16) and camshaft drive sprockets (14) assembly in order :

• Exhaust camshaft; Guide on tool [0198-B2]
• Timing chain guide (12)
• Crankshaft double sprocket; Fit the tool [198-N1]; [198-N2]; [198-N3]
• Induction camshaft

Refit :

• The bolts (13) (without tightening)
• The chain guide (15)
• The chain guide (17)

Remove the tool [0198-J].
