Peg :

• The camshafts; Using the tools [0191-2B]
• The crankshaft; Using tool [0191-2A]

Refit :

• The chain pad (29)
• The chain pad (28)
• The chain pad (36)
• The chain (35)
• The pinion (33)
• The bolt (32) (without tightening)
• The drive trunnion (31)

Tighten : The bolts of the chain pads (30), (34).

CAUTION : Check that the spans "c", "d" of the chain (35) are tight after the gear (33) has been refitted.

Refit :

• The chain pad (30)
• The chain pad (34)

Position the chain (21) on the camshaft pinions (22) and (19).

Refit :

• The camshaft gear (19)
• The bolt (20) (without tightening)

Position the timing chain (21) on the camshaft sprocket (18).

Refit :

• The camshaft gear (18)
• The bolt (17) (without tightening)

CAUTION : Check that the timing chain (21) is tight between the sprockets (22), (19), (18).

CAUTION : Replace the hydraulic tensioner (27) (Hydraulic tensioner with non-return device ).
