Disassembly

• working on left side surface of distributor heater unit, undo sheaths of cables (B and C) from clips (1) and withdraw cable end spirals from cylindrical ridge of lever (2) and rack (3) that control mixer flap and distribution flap respectively;

• working on left side surface of air intake duct, undo theath of cable (A) from clip (4) and withdraw cable end spiral from cylindrical ridge of air intake flap control lever (5);

• disconnect connectors (6 and 7) respectively from passenger compartment ventilation fan speed selector (8) and control support assembly front panel symbol light bulb connector (9);
• move spring (10) sideways (in arrowed direction) in control support in order to remove from its seat on the distributor heater unit;
