Reassembly

Diagram of square levers with toothed sectors and distributor heater rack showing alignment indicators
Reverse operations described and illustrated for disassembly, noting that inner sliding surfaces of square levers with toothed sectors (1 and 2) must be lubricated with vaseline before being fastened to the left side surfaces of distributor heater so that indicators (arrowed) are aligned with triangles printed on rack (3). After fastening control cable spirals to cylindrical ridges on rack (3) and levers (4 and 5), connect sheath to clips arrowed in second and third figures on the left so that the distribution and mixer flaps move through their entire travel.

Refitting

Control cable spirals connected to cylindrical ridges on rack and levers
To refit the distributor heater assembly, reverse operations described for removal, noting that pipe (6) marked by a green strip must be connected to the left hand duct of the heater radiator marked with a green raised dot whereas pipe (7) marked by a white stripe must be connected to duct of heater radiator marked by a white raised dot.
