ASSEMBLY

This si followed by the List of operations required for the assembly. This is followed, in order, by the code and the operations.

In these pages the heading is at a subgroup level and the single assemblies follow until the subgroup itself is completed.

OPERATION

Each operation is characterised by a name shared with the "Repair flat-rate manual".

The procedure which forms the operation is composed of a series of phases which represent the single actions that the repair operator must follow. If the phases are numbered, that number represents the reference for the successive illustration. If the phases are marked by a dash (-) this means that that particular phase is not illustrated.

Removal

1. Open the engine compartment cap and remove the nut cover plate.
2. Unscrew the nut.
3. Remove the wiper arm.

Re-installation

• Check the wiper arm and the plate are not damaged.
• Re-install the wiper arm and fix it by nut.
• Insert the nut cover plate.
• Check the windscreen operation.
