Refitting

(Cont. Op. 1072B10)

• Take off the coolant pipe from the intake manifold.
• Take out the brake servo vacuum intake pipe.
• Take out the absolute pressure sensor.

1. Follow Op. 1056A14 THROTTLE CASE - R+R
2. Unscrew screw (2a) and nuts (2b) that fasten the intake manifold to the cylinder head.
3. Remove the intake manifold and gasket.

Refitting

Note: Carefully remove all residue of the old gasket from the cylinder head and the intake manifold.

1. Assemble the intake manifold with the new gasket.
2. Tighten screw (2a)and nuts (2b) that fasten the intake manifold to the cylinder head to correct torque

3. Complete with Op. 1056A14 THROTTLE CASE - R+R

• Insert the coolant pipe onto the intake manifold.
• Insert the vacuum intake pipe of the brake servo.
• Insert the absolute pressure sensor pipe .
• Complete with Op. 1068A10 ACCELERATOR PEDAL CONTROL - Check, adjustment (where necessary) and lubrication
• Complete with Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R+R.
• Complete with Op. 1048A28 Vacuum air circuit RESOUNDING DEVICE - R+R.
• Fill the engine cooling system with coolant

• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Remove the body protection cover.
• Close the engine compartment.
