Refitting

  1. Fit the exhaust manifold gasket.
  2. Fit the exhaust manifold (2a) with hot air intake (2b) and engine support bracket (2c).
  3. Tighten the nuts that fasten the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head to correct torque

  • Complete with Op. 1076B50 Exhaust PIPE attachment to engine/manifold- R+R.
  • Insert the hot air inlet sleeve to thermostatic device on the exhaust manifold.
  • Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

  • Remove the body protection cover.
  • Close the engine compartment.
  • Remove the vehicle from the hoist.
