  1. Assemble the timing system driven gear (1a), timing system chain (1b)and timing system drive gear(1c).

To tune the timing system gears, align the references on the actual gears.

  1. Tighten the driven gear screw to correct torque

  1. Prepare the timing system chain tightener for assembly.
  2. Compress the spring completely (2a) and lock the shoe (2b) with the lever (2c).

  1. Assemble the chain tightener (1a) and tighten the screws(1b) to correct torque

  1. Turn the lever (2a) to free the spring (2b) of the timing system chain tightener shoe (2c).

  • Complete with Op. 1020B10 COVER OF TIMING SYSTEM with chain drive - R+R and replace gasket.
  • Complete with Op. 1020A10 CRANK CASE OIL SUMP - R+R and replace gasket.
  • Complete with Op. 1092B54 Alternator / water pump BELT - Tension adjustment.
  • Assemble the right supplementary wheel housing (see Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL HOUSING (one) - R+R).
  • Assemble the front right wheel (see Op. 4450B10 WHEEL (one) front - R+R).
  • Lower the vehicle.
  • Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

  • Remove the vehicle from the hoist.
