• Remove the bracket for supporting the engine and assemble the spark plug cables support.
• Re-position spark plug cables in the support.
• Assemble the ignition coil guard and fasten it with its screw.
• Position the boot fastening clamps on the differential joints.
• Insert the axle shafts in the differential.
• Connect the wheel uprights to the dampers with the screws and tighhten the nuts to the specified torque

Note: When tightening the wheel upright screws, push the uprights upwards to eliminate any play in the fastenings.

• Assemble the joint boot fastening clamps on the differential side.
• Connect the mileage recorder transmission on the gearbox side.
• Assemble the gearbox guard and fasten it with the corresponding screws to the specified torque

• Clean the gearbox oil drain plug and tighten it to the specified torque

1. Slacken the gearbox oil filler cap.

• Fill the gearbox with oil through the filler hole

• Check that the oil level reaches the lower edge of the filler hole.
• Clean the filler cap and tighten it to the specified torque

• Complete with Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL ARCH (one) - R+R.
• Complete with Op. 4450B12 Front WHEELS (two) - R.R.
• Connect the battery earth cable on the gearbox and fasten it with the corresponding nut

• Insert the ends of the gear engagement flexible pipes.
• Insert the clamps on the gear engagement hose sheaths.
• Connect the electrical connection of the reversing light switch

• Connect the clutch release control hose to the clutch thrust bearing control linkage.
• Complete with Op. 1820A14 CLUTCH PEDAL - Stroke adjustment.
• Complete with Op. 1048A28 Vacuum air circuit RESOUNDING DEVICE - R+R.
• Connect the battery (-) terminal

• Remove the protective coverings from the car body.
• Close the engine compartment.
• Remove the car body from the car lift.
