Note: Use a hair drier to help detach the sealant.

• Complete removing the 5^th speed gearsreferring to Op. 2110B20 MANUAL GEARBOX (5 speed) with differential - Disassembly and reassembly - Parts check wash - If nec. replacement of synchronisers and inner controls.

Reassembly

• Re-connect the 5^th speed gearsreferring to Op. 2110B20 MANUAL GEARBOX (5 speed) with differential - Disassembly and reassembly - Parts check wash - If nec. replacement of synchronisers and inner controls.

1. Coat the specified sealant on the contact surfaces between the gearbox rear cover and the gearbox

2. Assemble the gearbox rear cover (2a) and fasten it with its screws (2b) to the specified torque

• Assemble the power unit stiff support on the gearbox side complete with flexible block (refer to Op. 1008A42 power unit STIFF SUPPORT - on the gearbox side - R+R.) and tighten the fastening screws to the specified torque

• Clean the gearbox oil drain plug and tighten it to the specified torque

1. Slacken the gearbox oil filler cap.
