(Cont.d Op.2710A40)
- Remove the sliding joint boot clamp.
- Straighten the caulking of the wheel side C.V. joint nut.
- Slacken the the wheel side C.V. joint nut.
Note: Keep the brake pedal pressed while slackening the nut.
- Slacken the screws fastening the front hub upright to the damper.
- Withdraw the axle shaft firstly from the differential and then from the front hub upright and remove it.
Reassembly
- Fill the sliding joint boot the joint seat on the differential with grease
