Reassembly

• Check the front pad position is correct.
• Fit the front brake caliper on the bracket and torque the pin

• Insert the front brake caliper lower pin.
• Fit the front brake caliper lower fastening pin clip.
• Screw the hose on the front brake caliper and torque

• Position the front brake caliper hose on the bracket.
• Complete with Op. 3330A18 Front or rear HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - Bleeding.
• Complete with Op. 3330A10 BRAKE FLUID - Checking level and topping-up (if required).
• Complete with Op. 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one - R.R.
• Remove the vehicle from the shop jack.

3310A32 - FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS - R.R. BLEEDING

• Refer to Op. 3310A30 FRONT BRAKE CALIPER (one) - R.R. - Bleeding.

3310A38 - REMOVED FRONT BRAKE CALIPER (ONE) LH OR RH - OVERHAUL

Disassembly

1. Put the front brake caliper in a vice.
2. Remove the front brake pads fastening spring with pliers.
3. Remove the bleeder valve (3a) and the cap (3b):

1. Remove the piston from the front brake caliper by blowing compressed air into the brake fluid inlet.

Remove the piston carefully to prevent spraying brake fluid and damaging or scratching the part.
