7025A10 - BONNET LID SQUARE

• Lift the bonnet lid and support it with a second operator's help.

1. Unloose hinge screws(1a)and adjust the bonnet lid position(1b).
2. Arrows show the possible adjustment movements.

• Tightenthe screws to the prescribed torque.

1. If necessary work on rubber pads.
2. If necessary adjust the lock position (refer to Op. 7025A34 - BONNET LID LOCK (ONE) - R.R. or repair)

• If the adjustments shown at the previous points do not turn out sufficient, adjust bonnet lid hinge position working as follows.

3. Unloose the screw (3a) of hinge fixing (3b) and adjust the position until the bonnet lid alignment.
4. Arrows(4a) show the possible movements.

• When adjustment is completed tighten the screws (3a)of hinge fixing to the prescribed torque.

• Restore painting in hinge area.

7025A14 - BONNET LID - R.R. Removal

For the bonnet lid removal/reassembly it is necessary a second operator's help.

1. Disconnect the windscreen washer pipe, connect a feeler with the pipe and withdraw the wind-screen washer pipe from the bonnet lid frame.
