Note: Necessary operation in order to facilitate the following windscreen washer pipe repositioning.

- Unscrew hinge fixing screws (1a) of the bonnet lid (1b). Remove the bonnet lid..

Reassembly

  • Reassemble the bonnet lid.
  • Screw hinge fixing screws to the bonnet lid , taking care of adjusting the lid position.
  • Replace the windscreen washer pipe using the feeler inserted during the disassembly.
  • Complete with Op. 7025A10 - BONNET LID - SQUARE.

7025A18 - BONNET LID HINGE (ONE), LH OR RH - R.R.WITH LID REMOVED

Removal

  • Carry out Op. 7025A14 - BONNET LID - R.R.
  1. Unscrew the fixing screws(1a) and remove the bonnet lid hinge (1b) from the frame.

Reassembly

  • Screw the hinge to the car frame and screw the fixing screws.
  • Complete with Op. 7025A14 - BONNET LID - R.R.
  • Complete with Op. 7025A10 - BONNET LID - SQUARE.

7025A22 - BONNET LID SOUNDPROOFING TRIM - R.R.

Removal

  1. Disconnect the windscreen washer pipe.
  2. Use the tool (2a), withdraw the snap fasteners (2b) and remove the soundproofing trim.
