Operation 3380A10 · Handbrake control and linkage

Removing

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

1. Release the plastic guard on the rear of the tunnel.

2. Undo the cable adjustment nut.

- 7040L33 ARMREST ON TUNNEL COVER WITH ODDMENTS POCKET - R.R.

- 3380A46 handbrake lever protective boot - r r

- 7040L37 gear lever plate - r r

- 7040A65 passenger compartment box lock, one, r r

- 7065C42 ashtray (one) r+r

- 5010C32 air outlet on panel trim for rear seats - r r

- 7040L70 TUNNEL COVER REAR TRIM - R.R.

- 7040L20 tunnel trim - r r

Disconnect the electrical connection from the handbrake 'on' warning light switch.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the handbrake lever (1b).

Refitting

Position the handbrake lever in the special housing and tighten the fixing bolts.

Connect the electrical connection to the handbrake 'on' warning light switch.

- 5010C32 air outlet on panel trim for rear seats - r r

- 7065C42 ashtray (one) r+r

- 7040A65 passenger compartment box lock, one, r r

- 7040L37 gear lever plate - r r

- 3380A46 handbrake lever protective boot - r r

- 7040L33 ARMREST ON TUNNEL COVER WITH ODDMENTS POCKET - R.R.

Tighten the handbrake adjustment nut.

Connect the battery negative terminal.

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

- 3380A04 handbrake - check travel

Fit the plastic guard on the rear of the tunnel.
