(SIDE) BRAKE LIGHTS NOT WORKING

Brake lights do not work The third brake light works normally

The RH and LH brake lights are controlled directly from the Body Computer Node on the basis of information from the Brake Light switch.

1	CHECK WITH DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems met	Operation
		Results of the tests
	Connect and Examiner to the tester input and check the Body Computer Node for: faults in the Brake Lights Brake Light operation by means of active diagnosis plausibility of Brake Light On/Off parameter	Continue to Step 6	Presence of error in Brake Light bulbs	Continue as suggested by the tester
			Lights do not come on during active diagnosis	Continue to Step 3
			The Brake Light on/off parameter does not change	Continue to Step 2
2	CHECKING FACIA CONTROL UNIT	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Remove the facia control unit, separate it from the Body Computer Node and check internal continuity of the Brake Light switch positive control input to the Body Computer Node	Continue to Step 6	Facia control unit interior switch	Change the facia control unit Op. 5505A10
