1.2 16v

Place the car on a lift.

Raise the car.

Refer to op. 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r

Undo the gearbox casing filler plug.

Undo the gearbox casing drain plug and collect the oil in a suitable container.

Do not disperse the oil into the environment, as indiscriminate dispersal of this product causes pollution.

Clean the drain plug.

Screw on the drain plug and tighten to the specified torque.

Insert oil in the gearbox casing through the filler hole.

Check that the oil level reaches the bottom of the filler hole.

Clean the filler plug.

Screw on the filler plug and tighten to the specified torque.

Lower the vehicle and remove it from the lift.

1.4 16v

Place the car on a lift.

Raise the car.

Undo the gearbox casing filler plug.

Undo the gearbox casing drain plug and collect the oil in a suitable container.

Do not disperse the oil into the environment, as indiscriminate dispersal of this product causes pollution.

Clean the drain plug.

Screw on the drain plug and tighten to the specified torque.

Insert oil in the gearbox casing through the filler hole.

Check that the oil level reaches the bottom of the filler hole.

Clean the filler plug.

Screw on the filler plug and tighten to the specified torque.

Lower the car and remove it from the ramp.

1.6 16v

Place the car on a lift.

Raise the car.

Undo the gearbox casing drain plug and collect the oil in a suitable container.

Screw on the filler plug and tighten to the specified torque.

Undo the gearbox casing drain plug and collect the oil in a suitable container.

Clean the drain plug.

Screw on the drain plug and tighten to the specified torque.

1.9 JTD 16v

Place the car on a lift.

Raise the car.

1. Undo the oil drain plug and drain the oil fully into a suitable container.

Do not disperse the oil into the environment, as indiscriminate dispersal of this product causes pollution.

Clean the drain plug.

Screw on the drain plug and tighten to the specified torque.

2. Remove the oil dipstick and introduce oil into the gearbox casing via the filler hole.

1.9 JTD 8v · 80 CV

Insert oil in the gearbox casing through the filler hole.

1.9 JTD 16v

Insert the dipstick and check that the oil level is between the MIN and MAX marks.

Lower the car and remove it from the ramp.

1.9 JTD 8v · 115 CV

Insert oil in the gearbox casing through the filler hole.

1.9 JTD 8v

Check that the oil level reaches the bottom of the filler hole.

Clean the filler plug.

Screw on the filler plug and tighten to the specified torque.
