Removing
- Position the vehicle on the lift.
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

1. Working on the left head, timing side, disconnect the electrical connection for the upper Lambda sensor and release the wiring.

1. Undo the upper Lambda sensor and remove it from the left pre-catalyzer.
Refitting
- Fit the upper Lambda sensor and tighten it to the recommended torque.

- Connect the electrical connection for the left upper Lambda sensor and secure the wiring.
