| Removal and Installation Removal | | -
Disconnect the battery ground cable. | | | -
Raise the vehicle and drain the coolant (refer to procedure contained in this section). | | | -
Remove the air Intake pipe. - Loosen clip.
- Remove bolts.
- Disconnect engine vent hose clip.

Disconnect the three coolant hoses. | | | -
Remove the thermostat housing (three bolts). | | | -
Remove the retaining clip and thermostat. | Installation | | -
Refit the components in reverse order. | | | -
Refill the cooling system and check for leaks (refer to procedure contained in this section). | | |
