INLET MANIFOLD

Service repair no - 30.15.02

Remove

  1. Remove inlet and exhaust manifold gasket. See this section.
Inlet manifold – Remove inlet and exhaust manifold gasket. See this section.
  1. Remove 2 screws securing MAP sensor to inlet manifold.
  2. Remove MAP sensor and discard ’O’ ring.
  3. Remove IAT sensor and adaptor.
  4. Disconnect pressure regulator vacuum hose from inlet manifold.
  5. Release fuel injectors from inlet manifold.
  6. Remove fuel rail and injectors.
  7. Remove and discard ’O’ rings from injectors.
  8. Disconnect air bypass hose from throttle body.
  9. Remove 3 bolts securing throttle body to inlet manifold.
  10. Remove throttle body and discard ’O’ ring.
  11. Remove 4 screws securing IACV to inlet manifold.
  12. Remove IACV and discard ’O’ ring.
