INTERMEDIATE PIPE HEAT SHIELD

Service repair no - 30.10.62

Remove

  1. Raise vehicle on a 4 post ramp.
Intermediate pipe heat shield – Raise vehicle on a 4 post ramp.
  1. Remove 4 nuts securing intermediate pipe heat shield to body.
  2. Release heat shield from studs and slide forward.
  3. Manoeuvre heat shield around exhaust pipe and remove.

Refit

  1. Manoeuvre heat shield into position and locate on studs.
  2. Fit and tighten nuts securing heat shield to body.
  3. Lower vehicle.
